When you book our Decorations Package, you will have full access to our stock of decorations, storage of all items until your wedding day, and a decorator to transport, setup the day before or morning of and then take down and pack your setup, arrange transportation for your personalized items and transport decorations back to our storage at the end of your reception for one flat rate!

We give you unlimited contact to discuss any options or thoughts for your day! 2 Décor Planning meetings, Venue walk-through 1-2 months prior to wedding day for finalization/floor plan. Additional meetings available, upon request, for a fee.

- Our fee covers access to our entire stock of decorations and event rentals, including but not limited to: centerpieces, table runners & numbers, toasting glasses, cake cutting knife and server sets, easels, ceremony and reception signage, cake/dessert stands, cake toppers, candles, card box, mason jars, vases, honeymoon/date night fund boxes, well wishes/advice card & boxes, flower girl and ring bearer items, petals, greenery, and so much more!

- We have multiple options that can be personalized for a small personalization fee

- We do not include any food items. You or a caterer will need to provide those, but we will provide the setup items for those designs, for a small fee (donut wall, candy dishes for candy bar, and signage, etc.)

**If we do not have what you are looking for in stock, we will purchase it for your use and add it to our stock for a percentage of the purchase price!

***If you are only looking to rent certain items, we offer rentals for a fee based on the item. Please submit a request or contact form for inquiries.

When you book our Decoration Setup and Tear Down Package, You provide your desired decorations (unless you book our decorations package) and our decorator will come in and setup the day before or morning of and then take down your setup and pack it up for transport at the end of your reception for one flat rate! 

PRE-WEDDING
• 2 Pre-Wedding Planning Meetings
• Assist in creating and distributing Wedding Day timeline/order of events
• Vendor Recommendations

REHEARSAL (Up to 2 hours)
• Direct the rehearsal and timing of activities.
• Explain the different duties of the wedding party, including escorts/ushers
• Arrange attendants and participants and facilitate rehearsal

WEDDING DAY (Up to 6 hours on site)
• Point of Contact for all Vendors
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors for setup and execution
• Executing Wedding Day timeline/order of events
• Communicate announcements and transitions with DJ/Emcee and other vendors, as needed

CEREMONY
• Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party to be escorted.
• Direct Ceremony Processional
• Cue DJ/Emcee/musicians and wedding party for walk down aisle.

SOCIAL
• Have marriage license ready to sign with notary.
• Coordinate all ceremonial events and activities.
• Assist wedding party, vendors, and guests as needed
• Coordinate all Final Payments & Tips to Vendors.

RECEPTION
• Act as a liaison between newlyweds and all vendors.
• Coordinate reception timeline/order of events with all vendors.
• Arrange for gift and décor transportation at end of evening.
• Ensure you ENJOY your day!
